The Foundation That Launched a Movement
Sustainable products specialist Russell Gong and co-founder Achal Patel, the grandson of one of the world's first acetaminophen manufacturers and noted healthcare entrepreneur, made it their mission to dismantle an industry generating 190 billion single-use plastic bottles a year. Together, they created Cabinet Health — the world's first refillable and compostable medicinal system complete with stackable NFC bottles users could scan to unlock a personalized world — ingredient transparency, physician connections, dosage guidance, automated health follow-ups, and product-specific content — all triggered by a single tap of a phone.
Dismantling century-old habits would take more than clever products and an ingenious concept. They needed a branded ecosystem — one with the brand voice, the infrastructure, and the community architecture to develop trust in an industry infamous for betraying it.
They didn't define change by substituting the products in your medicine cabinet. Cabinet Health was reestablishing the way healthcare companies communicate with people entirely. Making getting better, better.
That's where I came in.
